This contemporary self-catering accommodation sits right in the centre of Gretna Green and can sleep up to 8 people. It is best suited to larger families, 2 families sharing or groups of friends. There is parking for up to 3 cars outside the house however transport links are close by with the train station only a 2 minute walk away.

GROUND FLOOR
Large kitchen/dining room with bifold door onto the patio and enclosed garden where there is rattan furniture, a sunk in ground trampoline and a hot tub.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a snug with a sofa, SMART TV and cables for games consoles - this room is ideal for children to sit whilst adults are in the kitchen.

A cosy separate living room has a wood burning stove and is a perfect area to sit and chill. It has a SMART TV, skybox and DVD player.

Large family bathroom with shower and 2 sinks, one sink is lower.

Bedroom 1: king bed with en-suite plus shower. 40’’ SMART TV.

All ground floor except the bedroom has underfloor heating.
